The Best Medicine is to do deep Meditation (using Sound Frequency specially 7.83Hz Schumaan Resonance or Solfeggio Frequencies are also very good, I shall give u if u want .)..and daily practising Pranayam of Kapaalbhati and Anulom Vilom (Search Youtube Videos)

Another is to change the deit ..compltely stay on Fruits and Vegetable and Dry Fruits, drinking lots of juices and water.
